You never meet the owner. A Lendo courier collects the item, inspects it at our hub, and brings it to your hotel or address — typically within about 90 minutes in Cairo and Giza. Returns work the same way, in reverse.

A refundable hold that protects the owner while the item is with you. It's released automatically once our courier collects the item back and confirms its condition.

Pay online by card with OTP (3-D Secure) verification, or pay by card on a POS terminal when the courier delivers your order. Either way, the money stays in Lendo's escrow until the handover is verified.

Every rental is covered by Lendo Protect. The item is photographed at every handover and return, so its condition is always documented. Accidental damage is assessed from those records and the deposit — you never argue with a stranger.

No — and that's by design. Lendo is the middleman for the entire transaction: communication, delivery, payment, and disputes all go through us. No phone numbers, emails, or addresses are ever exchanged.

The rental fee is charged to the renter up front and held in escrow by Lendo. It's released to your Lendo Wallet once the rental completes and our courier confirms the item's return.

Yes. Your National ID is used only for verification, and your name, address, and contact details are never shown to renters. Pickups happen at your door with a Lendo agent only.

The renter's deposit and Lendo Protect cover verified damage. Because our couriers photograph and inspect items at every handover, condition disputes are settled with evidence, not arguments.

Nothing up front. Lendo takes a service commission from each completed rental — you set your daily price and see your net earnings before you publish.
