Lendo operates uselendo.com, a marketplace where verified providers in Egypt rent items to verified renters, with Lendo acting as the intermediary for payment, logistics, and communication.

You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (passport for foreign renters, National ID for Egyptian providers) before renting or listing. One account per person; you are responsible for activity on your account.

When you book, the rental fee, service fee, delivery fee, and a refundable deposit are charged and held in escrow by Lendo. Funds are only released to the provider after our courier verifies the handover.

Item condition is documented with photos at every handover. Verified damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the deposit under Lendo Protect; the remainder is always returned.

All logistics are handled exclusively by Lendo's delivery fleet. Providers and renters must not arrange direct meetings or exchanges outside the platform.

Sharing or requesting personal contact details between renters and providers is prohibited and can lead to account suspension. All communication goes through Lendo support.

Illegal items, weapons, and anything you don't own or lack the right to rent out are prohibited. Fraud, platform misuse, or abuse of staff leads to removal.

Lendo provides the platform and the protections described here; we are not the owner of listed items. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
